energised by the challenge of turning ambitious ideas into working realities. From hands-on
railway engineering to strategic management roles on landmark projects such as Cross River
Rail, Sydney Metro and Inland Rail, he thrives in complex project environments. His strength
is combining clear, calm decision-making with practical creativity to navigate even the most
challenging project scenarios. Guided by next-gen leadership thinking, Jack prioritises a
people-centred approach, empowering teams while catalysing constructive collaboration.
