From hands-on railway engineering to strategic management roles on landmark projects such as Cross River Rail, Sydney Metro and Inland Rail, he thrives in complex project environments. His strength is combining clear, calm decision-making with practical creativity to navigate even the most challenging project scenarios. Guided by next-gen leadership thinking, Jack prioritises a people-centred approach, empowering teams while catalysing constructive collaboration.
Zisis Plakas

A passionate adventurer and dad of two boys, Zisis embraces new challenges and elevates the energy of every team he joins. Starting as a permanent way engineer, he has spent the last decade focusing exclusively on top-level management and project delivery. A highlight of his professional journey was serving as Area Manager for the WSA Sydney Metro — Design Delivery, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic oversight and a commitment to excellence in the delivery of this major infrastructure project.
